Really good location and also authentic building & rooms . Very tastefully designed. Only 5 min walk from centre . Also short cut to the beach through the woods. Staff and the owner was very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast in the court yard was so beautifully presented. Also food was delicious at breakfast. I highly recommend Liya Boutique hotel.

Great stay. Mr Bahadir’s hospitality made me settle instantly, walking distance to the centre, despite the trip was middle of hot summer, the courtyard for the breakfast in the morning is quite cool, overall great stay and will be back next time in Akyaka :)

I really liked the location of the villa. The villa is located in the very center of the village. Shops and restaurants are a 1-2 minute walk away. Around the house there is a garden, lawn and vegetable garden. Stunning view of the valley. Clean large pool. Lots of beautiful decor in the yard and inside the house. And storks that live 10 meters away. It was incredibly beautiful.

The rooms were large, light and cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. The small kitchen was useful. The terrace looked great and was nice to sit in. There was a line to dry swimming costumes, beach towels and washing outside. The building was far enough out of town to feel quiet and private. Helen, the only employee we met, was cheerful and professional.

Akyaka was one of the highlights of our trip. Our Turkish friends recommended Akyaka for an all-day boat trip that includes swimming. The boat trip was great, one of the nicest things we have done in Turkey this time. Akyaka itself, although we initially stayed just for the boat trip, is also THE place we would go back to on a future trip. A really nice little village that feels like real holiday without all the masses of tourists. On top of that, the apartment was fantastic. Lots of space, two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen with fridge. Parking the car is no problem, either on their drive way or in the street. Very safe. Very friendly host. I will certainly book the same place next time and stay longer for sure.

Ozzie was there to greet us on arrival and answer any questions. The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff. The pool area was very quiet with plenty of shaded areas and sun loungers available. Great place to stay. Highly recommend 😃
