Even before you arrive, you realise how easy it is to get here and around. (The property is close to the main road and a 10-15 minute walk to the main old phuket town) The nearest 7/11 is a few minutes away and the host can also facilitate booking a motorbike which can definitely help in getting around the island. The minute you enter, it becomes apparent how clean this place is. From the lobby, to the shared spaces and even the room. There are always friendly faces to help make your experience better. Mirah and her staff are always trying to make sure you have a great experience. And when I say clean, I mean SPOTLESS. This is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in Thailand. The host warned us about clubs in the area and gave earplugs, but it turned out not to be bothersome. The room was a bit compact but was decent enough for 2. From the breakfast, to the little snacks throughout the day, the staff are proactively making the experience more pleasant. The room cleaning is also great, with clean towels and pristine white sheets. We honestly loved our stay and would love to visit again.

What a treat to be able to stay here! I got lucky and was able to book the one free day. I was trying to book two in a row but then noticed the next three weeks were booked. With good reason. it's such a charming, well furnished and appointed space. The sound system alone. The decor, the smallest touches, the color glass windows, the two big fans plus the AC, you are always just the temp that you want to be. The view from the balcony is something out of a movie. Suda was an amazing hostess. She was like everyones mom type of person. Just a beautiful person to even get to meet, much less have her host you. We want to come back for at least a couple of days to enjoy the decor, the view and the area. One night was far too short.

small but nice condo in peaceful neighborhood. area inhabited mostly by east european (very east) i consider it as a downside. condo is clean, equipped with all basics with a balcony on outside which makes it quiet. all facilities work - wifi, washing machine, all kitchen stuff. bed is comfortable. residency contains a long swimming pool and porly equipped gym (standard in thailand). in the nearest area is 7-11 and two big shopping malls with normal and luxurious brands. condo is located at the end of phuket city so it’s far away from anything which makes it a great place if you have a scooter or car. host is super communicative, i had to change my holidays plan and he was willing to help me with reservation! also a lot of water was provided to the unit so i didn’t have to buy it
