The bungalows are very lovely and spacious. It is located in the outskirts of Pai, so the surroundings are very green and pretty. The best part was the hammock on the balcony. By foot it takes around 10 minutes to the walking Street. Our hosts were very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was also tasty, particularly for the price.

I really appreciated the 3 km distance to the village as you could retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet by the small lake.

This place is pure magic. Very cozy little village of bamboo houses they built. Pai can get kind of crazy and this is a perfect refuge of peace away from the drunk university backpackers. Pool was awesome. Staff really cares. Made some incredible memories just lying on the front porch listening to the thunder and frogs. It is cozy to the max.
Gorgeous retreat just off the main road in Pai. Highly recommend Pai Village Boutique Resort. The pool is a great place to chill. The huts are gorgeous and very comfortable. The resort is quiet, despite being right on the busiest street in Pai. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved hearing the frogs as I fell asleep. I extended my stay by two nights!
What a lovely place! 10 mins out of Pai but very much worth it. The owners are cool and very helpful. They also run a shuttle service for 40B pp into town and back till 9pm.

Pai is really a hidden relaxed backpack gem in North West Thailand where Pai Village Boutique Resort is again a gem within the gem. Although the bungalows are placed fairly close to each other, they provide sufficient privacy and an oasis of tranquility right in the booming main street of Pai village with all its bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff, a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. And if you leave early before breakfast opens, a Giant breakfast to go box is prepared and supplied the night before!
This is a great place to stay, slightly out of town but not too far. It has unique type villa's with a place to sit on top. A small pool which was great. It is good value for money.
I love Pai, wish I could have stayed longer on this trip but was just passing through.

Lovely property with a great communal area and pool. Location and value for money is excellent and staff are great. The villa’s are clean with good air con. I would recommend the Sylvana to anyone staying in Pai!
