The only breakfast option was at the attached resort and at $40 a head was out of our price range. There were no lower cost options such as Continental Breakfast only.
We cooked breakfast in the room but this wasn't easy given that the only cooking equipment is a single frypan.

Design of the house, decoration in Thai modern style, extremely clean, comfy and big beds.
Duvet + pillows are in good qualities.
Have shower in all bedrooms upstairs, extremely private pool behind the wall.
Design of the pool attach to the living room, kids can swim while parents can relax and just watch them from sofa inside air-con.
Location is good, 1st house in the village, can walk to the beach at the end of the village. Not far from 7-11 and nice cafe' near by.
The villa was just as in the pictures. The layout is perfect so that the bedrooms are separated away from the living space, which is great for those who are struggling with jet lag. Nice walk to the hotel/ beach, and can ride on the golf cart provided by hotel if the distance is too far.
The house is in a Villa complex and there’s security at the area so it feel safe to stay.
A lot of thing to do in place, all the kids are happy to stay there .
The beds were all comfortable and our whole party of 10 all had their own space.
Eddie is a proactive host and was great at communicating his attentiveness prior to our stay.
I’d highly recommend Eddie’s place for sure!
