We arrived late in the evening but we were welcomed warmly anyway even though we had to wake up the host to let us in, so thank you again and sorry to wake you up! The location was perfect with the bike rental next door. Everybody was so kind and helpful and made our stay in Sukothai very special. The room was great and we also enjoyed the little breakfast we got with coffee and tea - lovely :)

Perfect accommodation!!! I was in Sukhothai to do a half marathon, and the guest house was located so conveniently next to the historical park, which was the location of the race. Amazing, kind, caring and friendly staff - I arrived late from a night bus, and at 2.30am the host made sure to keep in touch with me, even meeting me outside on the road to make sure I could find the guest house. I slept very well and the fan kept the room cool, no air con needed at all. The Wifi was also good and on Monday I did some work on my laptop. Very relaxing and the room is clean. The area has restaurants and a little night market, plus a beautiful temple nearby (Wat Traphang Thong) to visit. 7/11 is close by. I was given a late check out as my flight was in the evening and could get to Sukhothai Airport with a taxi available through the guest house. There was a flood the night before and they were very honest about how they could take me to the airport through a different road and the extra costs involved. Fantastic service!

The best host ever, she is so nice and took great care of us even without speaking much English! The room is very big with a comfy bed and a really good shower. Breakfast is great.

The owner, Joum, and her family are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the location were wonderful. The hotel is only a two-minute bicycle ride, or a 3-5 mins walk, away from the entrance to the Old Sukhothai Park, restaurants, bike rentals, and a shop.

The room was clean and the bed was amazing. The service was excellent, couldn't be happier. Prasom served delicious breakfast in the mornings. After I left Prasom even helped me recover something valuable to me.

we stayed in one of the newer rooms and it was so clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing shower with great pressure, lots of room, tons of outlets, big fridge… breakfast was good, served on the patio outside the room. we had some laundry done in 1 day which was much needed! we left early to catch our bus and they provided breakfast that had some portions that were easy to take with us. they also organized someone to drive us to the bus in New Sukhothai and the driver stayed with us until she was sure everything was good with our bus. oh, and they loaned us bikes for no extra charge - checked and pumped the tires before we bikes off.
