I went on my way to pai to stay one night in mae hong son. The host came the moment i drove to the location and showed me the room. very quick and comfortable check-in. The room is big, comfortable, there is a fridge, ac and hairdrier. I loved the smell of the freshly washed linen. Its super calm location, the cosyness of the rooms and the general vibe made me to want to stay longer. If you look for an affordeable calm clean space, with comfy beds- thats the place. You should be mobile, as there is no restaurant very close. But on a scooty you find everything in less than 10min drive.

Great location right near the heart of Mae Hong Son. Mr Boondee and staff were very polite and helpful. We received a map of Mae Hong Son and surroundings and he explained all attractions and things to do. Our room with fan and private bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Little room with a view on the ricefield. Very friendly and helpful owner providing an excellent breakfast. The house ist located in the middle of a small town near Mae Hong Son. Very local and near a famous hot spring (that I didn't have time to visit). The rooms are quite basic but are clean and functional.

Beautiful detached cabins, lovey and clean, with great views from the balcony. The family who run the guest house are so friendly and helpful and the food is delicious, the best we've had if Thailand. Soppong is a great little town. We especially loved hiking to the local villages, would highly recommend
It’s located in a high spot of the village so the view is magnificent both day and night. The facility is so good there even is a big room to hang clothes and change (this is impressive). Everything is so clean and well-prepared to meet the needs of the guests. The balcony is large and so relaxing. It’s too good for a place that cheap, honestly. I’ve never stay anywhere better with that price!
Nice room, very helpful staff and great location. It's a great place to stop and rest while doing the Mae Hong Son loop. I enjoyed booking their tour to the nearby Chinese Village, Coffe plantations and Mud Spa.

Such a beautiful property. Our little villa was huge and we loved having the porch in the morning to enjoy coffee on. We also loved that there were screens on the windows so that we could keep the windows open all night without worrying about bugs getting in!
Fern resort was a highlight of our trip to Northern Thailand. They offered a free shuttle bus into Mae Hong Song in the evening for a walk about and dinner in a village restaurant. The hike into the neighboring nature reserve was amazing. Well worth doing. The buffet breakfast was a treat. The only 10 I am giving of our 3 week trip to South East Asia.
