Bed and pillows actually comfy haha (rare in Thailand, they love hard beds), fridge and bottled water provided every day which was a lovely bonus. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day, very good. Room had everything you need for storage, hangers, shelves, places for bags off the floor. Bathroom was nice and amazing hot shower good pressure, probably one of the best showers we've had. Price was great in low season (why we picked it) so great value for money and amazing location on walking street, but still quiet.

Lots of longtail boats parked in this area, but it is very quiet.

The beach here is very clean, no coral or other rocks where you can walk in the water.

Beautiful location with private beaches. The main house is phenomenal. We extended our stay to stay one more night in the main villa cause friends from Malaysia arrived and we shared the villa together. Amazing stay. We enjoyed the private beaches and the quiet atmosphere at this place. No tourists or people around. Exactly what we were looking for.

Though Ko Lipe is not big, the hotel has a really convenient location and everything was within a walking distance.
The owner is very friendly. one time he was nice enough to serve us breakfast after the time it was served.

Lovely property overall, great location right on the beach. The staff make sure that the sunbeds (which are comfy) are kept for the guests only and it's amazing essentially having that part of the beach to ourselves. We spent the whole day at the beach and was lovely. The rest of the property is also really beautiful and kept very clean. Helpful staff. The bungalows were cleaned every day which was nice.
I stayed in a beach front villa and it was exactly as advertised! Great location for beach and snorkelling right in front of the resort! A few minutes walk to the pier for speed boat and walking street for food and supermarkets. Fridge and aircon in room and water provided daily.

Irene is one of the most stunning resorts I’ve stayed at. The architectural design is gorgeous, the sand pool villa has tall ceilings and is super spacious. The bed is huge directly facing the pool and sunrise beach. Perfect villa for watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed.
This is my second time here and the food keeps getting better. I love love this villa and all the staff are so sweet.

We booked 3 villas and were blown away with the staff and location. The staff cannot do enough for you and do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your time. The aircon worked a dream and I would recommend this accomodation for anyone who likes to holiday on a budget. The breakky on the beach was a perfect way to start each day. The island itself was so pretty! The location of the villa was great, next to the ferry point and to the walking street. The facilities were good considering the price. Definitely one of our favourite islands!
