Everything was great! Right from checkin (in villa itself) to checkout, it was super smooth and quick. The location is great, overlooking the sea and various islands, it was marvellous. The restaurant is one of the best in this little cosy island. The food was delicious, breakfast was also made to order and was so fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly. Private pool was a plus. Rooms were clean. Our transport from phuket and even island tour was arranged by the staff without any hassle. Namfon helped us throughout the stay, she is sweet and we would love to visit again!

The best place to stay in Koh Yao. The owner is very attentive and helpful. He personally picked us from the Pier to the reception, and they offer bikes for rental so you can explore the island.
The room is nice and comfortable, very beautiful view at night.

Never leave reviews but this time I feel that I have to do that! Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner who speaks English well, very clean rooms. Easy check in & check out. The territory is very peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again once I come to Koh Yao Yao again. 4 minutes driving to the pier for Hong island. 5 minutes driving to the beat thai food restaurant “Som Tum”. Also you can reach any spot within 20 minutes as it’s located just in the middle of the island. We have been provided with everything we needed by request. I only regret we had 2 night there, wish we had more! Thanks for having us!

The host & her daughter were so funny and exceptionally welcoming! They made sure everything was perfect for our stay and were super helpful even with the language barrier. They were able to provide us 2 scooter rentals (koh yao yai was the only place in Thailand that I drove my own scooter it was very calm and remote). They brought us water and home made breakfast (the fried dough was amazing!) They were able to provide us a laundry service and our clothes came back very clean. I highly recommend staying at Relaxing House Koh Yao Yai and booking a Hong Island Boat Tour through the owner, it was our favorite boat tour that we did on our two months traveling throughout Thailand. The beaches were beautiful. It's a little away from the main tourist area which we found nice, a short 15 minute scooter ride if we wanted to get over to the resorts/ shopping. The bungalow was clean and we loved the owner's kitty's coconut would have my morning coffee with me while I worked remotely.

Beautiful garden bungalow and incredible host. We loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and even the host would ask us what we want for breakfast for the next day. Renting a motorbike was very easy. The host owns a shop and you can get all of your snacks and soft drinks there. We got picked up from the pier and dropped off when we left. We love it and we will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Really nice little apartment, clean, comfy and quiet.
It's a quiet location down the south side of the island, we rented a scooter from the pier to avoid paying the extortionate taxi fares.
The lady and man were very friendly and brought us bottles of water every night and there was a cute cat that kept coming to visit us.
You definitely need to rent a motorcycle as it's a little away from everything, 7/11 and restaurants like 5 mins away but that doesn't bother us.

The location is stunning with the most beautiful view, the pool is exceptional. The restaurant was good for breakfast, dinner and drinks. All the staff were lovely.
Our villa was huge, clean and really comfortable.
The villa interior design, pool, porch, amazing view and rooftop area for hanging out. Massage at the property was simply superb. In Room dining was pleasant.
The location and the villas with private pools are gorgeous! Very quiet peaceful getaway. The dinner chef (although he can’t speak very good English) is an incredible chef that creates meals that look like and could come from a fine dining restaurant! The Conceirge Namfon, is amazing and is at your beck and call by what’s app for any requests.
The staff was amazing! Excellent check in inside the cute one room villa. The food and beverage team delivered cocktails endlessly in the rain with happy smiles! The food was fantastic - we will definitely come back to this peaceful place .
The picturesque lookout from our beach front villa was memorable. It was quiet and secluded, which was exactly what we were looking for. The spa was great and I liked that they assigned the same masseuse for the three therapies I had, she was professional and attentive. My son enjoyed his time at the kids club. The food at the Beach restaurant was tasty and the portion was generous. Last but not least, a shout out to our villa host August, he was very attentive and made our stay extra comfortable.
Loved the resort it was very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of nature and trees surrounding the villas. The room was very large and spacious. The pool was amazing so big with loads of loungers and space to relax. The breakfast was great did fresh egg station loads of variety and lovely fruits. There was a lovely little cafe and the lady did great coffees. The resort organised the transfer back to the ferry port with a fee and the driver stayed until the boat arrived to help with our luggage. Great service and value for money
Everything! All the staff are very helpful. The villa was amazing 🤩 would highly recommend. The onsite restaurant was great and good value for the quality of food. Khwan the onsite manager can organise all your tours and scooter hire. And lastly the views were absolutely amazing.
The property is located along a beautiful private beach. I went in low season and sometimes I had it all to myself. The villas are perfect in size and well maintained.
All the staff from housekeeping to restaurant to front desk were all very friendly and helpful.
The food was good at the restaurant. Some portions better than others but I enjoyed what I ate - mainly the Thai food.
The breakfast has everything you need as well. The restaurant has great sunset views in the evening, really beautiful views.

The hotel staff was very helpful, from booking to payment to hosting throught the stay. Anna was our villa host and she was very attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Having a dedicated staff member "on call" is really a game changer.
The hotel itself is new and well maintained, kids friendly, nice pools.
