Our family spent a week at Yak's and we loved both the whole Klong Kloi area and the bungalows. The "village" is an amazing chill out place with a lovely beach and restaurants. Yak's bungalows might be basic and you will meet all sorts of insects and lizards around but the place has a great vibe. Yak is a tremendous host, with always a smile on his face and ready to help with anything you need. We also liked the communal kitchen where we could make breakfasts and lunches.

We had a wonderful time here with the best Host and his wife. They made us feel very welcome, shared their Dinner with us and we had some wonderful conversations acompanied by some Leos and Changs :). The Rooms were super clean and AC was very new. The owner helped us with everything we asked and we rented a scooter (good condition) for a very fair price. Its a family run business and you feel the love and hard work that they put in this lovely place. Thanks again for the wonderful time, we will meet again!

We love how peaceful it was and right by the water. The swing is prefect for photos when the tide is high. Jum who is the manager was super lovely and helpful. The rooms are spacious and a bathroom for each room. Living and dining area also spacious. Full size fridge and 2 burner gas stove. We were able to hire a car through Jum also which was easy to organise. Private pool was also a big bonus.

Absolutely delightful place to stay! Rooms are large and clean with a great veranda to relax on. Very quiet place to stay, but there’s great restaurants, motorbike hire, massage etc on the doorstep. Mike the owner and the lovely ladies who look after the place are the nicest people you could hope to meet, adding to the relaxed vibe. Great breakfast and good coffee, which we ate on our balcony each day. We stayed here for a week and we would happily return again.

Spacious, modern villa in a quiet place. Not typical place for Thailand and especially for Koh Chang. Nice pool and also they have grill. My family really enjoyed staying here. Car park is just right in front of the house.

The location was excellent! a short walk to shops, restaurants, and Kai Bae Beach. Our son loves to swim, and the pool villa we stay in exactly serves the purpose. The kitchen in the villa was well-equipped.
The front porch is the space we hang out the most. We wake up looking into the pool and hear birds singing in the background, making some coffee and light breakfast, which is truly relaxing in a tropical paradise.

The staff and facilities are great. Overall, the entire resort is clean, and the location is perfect. We stayed in a family pool villa, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. We were amazed by the size of the private pool, which is bigger than other places we have been to. Breakfast selection has many options. The water park across the hotel is well organised and very pleasant.
