Absolutely perfect for the full moon party, literally a couple of minutes walk and you’re there! A little hidden gem to be honest! The staff greeted us when we arrived and let us check in early as the rooms were ready. Very basic rooms but all you need for 1 night or so. Shower was good and room was clean. Water was provided. The doors have a padlock as well as a normal lock which was nice. Aircon was good.

Clean, quiet, great location, walking distance to Haad Rin beach
The villa was located in an excellent location with the option of a pool or beach on your doorstep! It was a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable. The room had a smart tv which we also enjoyed.

Brilliant location. Set at the end of the beach but right in the middle of all the action. Staff were really helpful and the resort was quite busy but still quiet. The restaurant meals were great as were the cocktails. The view was outstanding and the private pool villa was comfortable and spacious.
First of all the people there. From the iwners to all the staff they were all so dedicated! The location is also great. Close enough to the action and the village but quiet enough to really relax!

Sunset Beach Villas location is Great for those looking to go to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon party, we only had to walk about 10 minutes to reach Haadrin beach!, the hotel offers a private beach facing east so I got to experience some of the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen :),
We stayed at a villa and it was really nice and comfortable, spacious and clean (compared to the other rooms where out friends were staying). Property right on the beautiful Haad Rin beach,we were outside of Full moon dates,so can not comment on that. Otherwise no noise from street or beach bars. Nice eateries nearby (must try He Eat My Favorite).
