I come late but lady from reception made everything good. I stayed one night and I'v been asked if I stay more . She wanted to give best opportunity if I stay longer but I needed only 1 night.

+ Possibly the best equipped accommodation I've stayed at, especially considering the size of the apartment. It really had everything we needed.
+ It's a little bit outside Chaweng, which we welcomed as it was far from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife in central Chaweng. There are plenty of cheap restaurants around (I recommend Surin & Michael Restaurant - massive portions of tasty food at reasonable prices), and you can easily access central Chaweng on a scooter in less than 10 minutes or on foot in a bit more than 30 minutes. Mind you, there are no taxis or buses in that area.
+ Reasonable price for Chaweng which is normally on the pricey side.

Kayee & her family are the sweetest people you'd ever want to meet. They couldn't have been more welcoming & hospitable and were so helpful with information & arranging ferry tickets etc. The pool is great, the gardens are beautiful, it's close the the beach, the shops & restaurants, but it is peaceful & quiet at night. Kayee's Mum made some absolutely delicious meals in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

feels like staying in a forest. surrounded by trees. right on the beach and 30 mts from the main street. so perfect to avoid all the noise too. Not very clear on booking about how to book the villa which is right on the beach. there are just two or three villas right on the beach and the rest are a bit inside.
Breakfast was excellent .
I stayed in a deluxe villa only 20 metres from the beach with a great view of the ocean from the balcony .
Location to shops and bars great.
The walk to the villa through the tropical garden which are very well kept was pleasurable .

The Eranda Pool villa exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys who adored having a private pool and patio. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to assist with our stay...taxis, food and trips....Kate was very quick to respond to all needs.
The location was lovely and the overall ambiance of the Villas excellent. We had a plunge pool villa which was spacious and well appointed, even if we used the plunge pool only once due to the mosquitos!
The Chef's Table restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and all day dining. We were surprised about the lack of patrons for evening dinners, so most nights we had a private restaurant with the most wonderful outlook. Food reasonable but not exceptional.
The staff were fantastic and so personable, a highlight of our stay.
