Location is near the beach, about a 5 minute walk. Very spacious inside and out. Attentive and pleasant maid onsite. Would be super for a large group or big family. We were four and did not even need two of the bedrooms. Value for the money is truly exceptional.

First of all - the pool at the villa is amazing. Location is quite good, but it depends on what you prefer. It is on a quite street, there are several local shops in walking distance and at least one amazing place to have breakfast or dinner. If you want to be by the see and in touristy place then this is probably not for you.
Villa itself was spacious with two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. There was terrace outside the villa and the pool.
Host of the villa is super friendly and helped us out to get some medicine and even drove us around a bit. Thank you very much!

Very beautiful villa with a magnificent tropical garden.
The beach is very beautiful and a few dozen meters from the villa. The swimming pool is not very large but the garden is exceptional.
The villa is located just a few meters from the entrance of the U Pattaya hotel and the Sea Love restaurant & beach club.
Really a very pleasant stay and we will come back.

My partner and I chose to stay here as we were drawn to the private pool, design of the villa and the floor to ceiling glass panels and high ceilings. Overall, the villa was great - speakers were good, clean, bed, pillows and sheets were super comfy!
The place located a bit far from village just enough for the quiet vibe but only few minutes driving to the market and some more to the walking street and piers. The pool is good even though we didn't have a chance to swim but it created the good atmosphere.
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the 3-bedroom villa in Talay Sawan Village, and I am still basking in the warmth of the memories. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, tranquility, and thoughtful design.
Villa located just in few minutes walk to Bang Sare beach. With serene atmosphere, clear waters, and less crowded environment compared to some of the more popular beaches in the region.
The hosts very extremely lovely, warm and accomodating to all your needs and wants. Nothing is too hard and they make it feel like home. The room was very spacious, the location was in a local quiet area, it was a close drive to a beach with various restaurants and bars and it felt safe. It was easy to scooter around the local village and the owner helps you organise anything you need. Would come back again!
