Set in beautiful grounds, right in the centre of Koh Yao Yai so easy to explore all areas with a moped (which you can rent from here). Beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and exceptionally clean and well furnished rooms, including fridge and kettle. Nice warm shower, effective air conditioning and a lovely balcony to the front and back of the room. Lady running it is a total sweetheart and always smiling and happy to help with anything you need. Even brought us a plate of fresh fruit and a breakfast pastry each morning. Resident cats are also super friendly (especially the white one, who I have named ‘Coconut’. Closest restaurant is about 3 mins drive on the moped so you do need means of transport to get around (same for anywhere on this island).

Never leave reviews but this time I feel that I have to do that! Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner who speaks English well, very clean rooms. Easy check in & check out. The territory is very peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again once I come to Koh Yao Yao again. 4 minutes driving to the pier for Hong island. 5 minutes driving to the beat thai food restaurant “Som Tum”. Also you can reach any spot within 20 minutes as it’s located just in the middle of the island. We have been provided with everything we needed by request. I only regret we had 2 night there, wish we had more! Thanks for having us!

I had the most amazing stay in Garden home. The ladies from the hostel were really nice and did everything so that I would feel welcome and comfortable. The room is beautiful, big and the bathroom is beautiful. The terrace in front is perfect to chill. It was raining during my stay and they offered to get me lunch so that I could eat in my room. They also took me to two beautiful beaches. I wish I can come back one day.

Went during off season end of May. The property and our room were beautiful. We used the private pool every night and watched the sunset. We were basically the only ones on the resort due to low season but the staff were amazing and still took great care of us. There is no reception or anything but we were given a WhatsApp number in which we were able to message them with any questions and they would reply right away. The resturant was pricey for Thailand but we still ate there basically every night cause the food was amazing!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great! It was so tranquil. You will absolutely need a bike to get around if staying here, you can rent one from reception and park it out front of your little hut. A lot of beautiful nature sounds. We were supplied with a fridge and a kettle as well as some coffee sachets for our stay. There is a little corner shop about a 3 minute walk away for any snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. It ticked all our boxes.

Loved our stay. Clean, comfortable spacious rooms, lovely view. Sunrise over the water was very beautiful! Restaurant served great food. You can hire scooters from here. We also got picked up and dropped off at the pier for a charge. Jum speaks very good English so that was great for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we had a flat tyre while riding around and she got someone to come out to where we were with a spare tyre. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again

We expected much less because of the cheap price. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. We were very happy with the property.

My family and I stayed in two bungalows of the family-run inn. The bungalows were clean and well equipped. The owners were very friendly and kind. Hope we can return one day. Highly recommend!
