The host went out of his way to help me -- even walking one hour uphill to meet me at a winery so that I wouldn't have to drive after drinking. Then he did the same again, driving me to Vipava town for dinner and picking me up so that I could enjoy some more fine local wines. He is very, very knowledgeable about the area and makes even the most minor details interesting. I didn't have the room that actually resembles a wine cellar but another underground room -- and it was cozy, fully modern, quiet and immaculately clean.

From the very first moment we have been magically greeted by the host, who gave us the best tips to visit Vipava region with recommendations for restaurant, attractions. We had a really delicious breakfast and our food preferences have been taken into account. Also our room have been upgraded , so we had a really nice view. We have got a small gift in the end of our stay and ice cream during the stay. Those are small surprises, which overall incredible impression of this beautiful place to relax!

Wonderful and cosy house surrounded by a romantic garden. Equipment and decoration made me feel I was at my grandparents enjyoing my summer holidays as a child. We enjoyed also many charming paintings and pictures hanging on the walls that had completed the atmoshere in a very pleasant way

The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and was very well equipped. Because it is in the basement, it is great when weather is hot. Nadja greeted us in person and we got a bottle of home-made amaretto which was very delicious. She gave us more tips what to do around than we were able to try and visit. She is very sympathetic and accommodating person. We could even pick bio-quality tomatoes from her garden. Location of the apartment is relatively close to highway and walking to the city center takes 10 minutes (very practical).
