Our stay with Gregor and Ariana has been absolutely amazing! It has been one of our best experiences; a beautiful house with a lot of comfort, amazing garden with sun, shadow, sun beds & a hot tub, very friendly and welcoming hosts who teached us a lot about the surroundings and Slovenia in general and last but for sure not least, a deliciously hand made breakfast every morning (incl local products and every day something new to try)! Fantastic villa on top of a hill. The villa has a nice garden and we very much enjoyed the evenings in the patio. Since the moment we booked our stay, the hosts had even installed two saunas and a larger swimming pool, which was great news for the kids! Nice location for biking and walking, as well as for excursions to Lipica, Ljubjana, Predjama, Postojna,... There were only two things that surprised us: we had some very hard winds and (thunder)storms during the night, and the church bells 130 times at 6AM, 3PM and 8PM (and a bit more on Sundays). But you get used to it :-)
