It was our second time here. Everything was fine. Great place next to Bergviken lake. Just three suggestions: 1) A coat hanger downstairs would be very useful. 2) A chair by the main entrance would be useful as well so that outdoor shoes can be put on more easily. Now the stairs are used to sit on. :) 3) Hair dryer for shared use would be great addition.

When we call before we got a text (twice) that they should call back - they did not
Extremly icy walkaway, no toilett paper in the room, at breakfast 8self service..) coffe machine lacked beans and was not useable.
