It's hard to decide where to start. We spent one of our most beautiful holidays at Taciana and Pascal’s guest house. The hosts were incredibly kind, courteous, and gracious. The accommodation was clean and adequately equipped, and every three days, Taciana cleaned for us again. The area around the apartment was full of greenery and impeccably maintained. The beach was just a few steps away, and most of the time, we had it all to ourselves. There are lounge chairs, tables, and chairs by the beach where you can watch stunning sunsets over the ocean.
The entrance to the water is rocky, so water shoes are necessary! It was easier to swim at high tide when the water level was higher. The beach is not suitable for small children. However, just a 30-minute walk away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, which we often visited. The entrance to this beach is via a private golf course, but a pass was provided at the accommodation, and we never had any trouble showing it at the entrance.
A huge bonus was that the accommodation was located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it extremely quiet. Plus, there were no noisy discos nearby. It was incredibly quiet place. Two grocery stores, a takeaway, and a restaurant were just a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation, so getting groceries or snacks was never a problem.
As an added bonus, Pascal took us on a car tour of the island one morning, showing us interesting places. As a farewell, we were also given a gift. They were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. If we ever visit the Seychelles again, we would love to return to Taciana and Pascal’s place.

So this place consists of four villas and each containing two apartments (ground floor and upper floor). As a family we occupied one villa. And then you can open a connecting door and have a shared house. Which is really nice. The garden is beautiful, you have direct beach access and you get breakfast in your room. Staff is very attentive, you can also get your laundry done, We really liked it there. It is nicer than in the pictures. And you can walk via the beach to a beach bar in direction of airport which serves EXCELLENT cocktails.
Not sure how it is when sharing the villa, I think you can hear noise from upstairs. But our son is really quiet, so I can only say that moving chairs are audible.

The best location in Praslin right on the beach and offers a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. Mr. Herbert is helpful in everything, he organized an excellent rentacar for us. His mother is extremely kind, and if you needed cutlery, the kitchen was immediately available. Always fresh and sweet tropical fruit for breakfast. If you want a beautiful view of the ocean, complete relaxation, we recommend this apartment!

The accommodation significantly exceeded our expectations
the host is an extremely nice woman, the apartment is clean and big, equipped with air conditioners, a washing machine, and a kitchen. When we checked in, the host had cold water and juice in the fridge and snacks for us. There are 4 turtles living in the yard, which you can approach at any time
We stayed at the Villa for 10 nights.
Location is very close to Anse Lazio and shops (cca 10min by car). Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (eg cooking equipment, electrical plug transformations; they also change towels and sheets every 2 days).
The responsive manager Arnaud (communicates in English&French) adds up to this exceptional stay, he profesionally answered all our questions and gave us plenty of information about Praslin and Seychelles. He also assisted us with car rental.
We loved Stefi, the host, who was attentive and always ready to help, also very pleasant to talk to. Great location for someone renting a car, close to ferry and Côte d’Or beach. Very spacious for a large group, every room has a en-suite bathroom which is also awesome. Very private for a villa separated in two parts (we didn’t not run into our neighbors at all event though we were accommodated at the same time). We were visited by a friendly cat adopted by the owners (outside).
The villa was very huge and comfortable, clean - same as on the pictures, good quality for the price.
The host and his family is really nice - early checkin was allowed us after letting the host know in advance, which was a huge plus for relaxed and safe first day on Praslin. We also got a detailed guidiance and tips about Praslin when we arrived which was amazing. The morning view to the sea was amazing.
Villa is beautiful (we got an upgrade), garden is amazing and all the open spaces are gorgeous. Not to mention that kilometres of divinely beaches are stretching to the left and right side from the hotel. Staff is really very friendly and we'd like to thank Ronelle for all the things she did for us during our stay.

The terrace of the Villa is really gorgeous. As many reviewers say, you cannot really swim in front of the Villa, but the view at sunrise and sunset is very beautiful. The Villa is also quite close to Anse Lazio, by far the best beach of Praslin. The street outside is not very noisy, unless some cars playing loud music pass by. It did not bothered us. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Arnaud organized a rental car for us, which worked perfectly, and gave us useful suggestions for our stay.
