The first thing that needs to be said is the excellent host Nikola, who met us, showed us everything and told us, constantly worried that we would like everything, a very nice guy, even gave us a homemade raki.
The house is perfect for summer or winter holidays. There is a swimming pool, there is a small sauna (we thought it would be slightly warm, but we were wrong, we just need to wait a little for it to heat up) There are two bathrooms at home, each has a hairdryer, there are coffee machines, all working and new. We liked everything.
It should also be said that the location is excellent, there are many options where to take a walk, but of course, it's better to drive away a little by car, there are excellent viewing points in 30 minutes

Well I actually did not stay at the property so was unable to fully review. I booked it as was planning to hike Midzor, and i got a message from the hotel two days before my arrival that they moved me to a different one.

The villa is very nice and the hosts are very welcoming and hospitable. They cooked dinner for us so that we didn't have to drive to the next village for food. The location was very nice for our purpose - to climb Мidžor peak.
Fantastic location for hiking and climbing in a quiet and not yet touristy village. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great food for breakfast and dinner, and a fantastic view up the valley from the eating area. WiFi was good.
The staff was very kind. More tasteful food in their restaurant compared to another restaurant in the village. Very clean room. Peaceful village surrounded by nice mountains.
Great house on the edge of the village. Cooking equipment for both inhouse and outdoor cooking is there. At some point there were no elictricity due to a tree fallen on the wires. The host brought more water and gas burners in a few hours. The river and several hiking trails are in the close proximity.
