I recently stayed at the hotel as a guest for an event, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received, especially from Gabriel at the hotel reception. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. With multiple flower bouquets arriving for the event, Gabriel kindly offered to store them in vases in his office overnight to ensure they stayed fresh. In addition, there was a last-minute clothing emergency, and Gabriel saved the day by quickly providing us with safety pins. The accommodation was in an apartment unit, in a quiet location. Equipment at a level for not very demanding people. I even forgot my hair shampoo and toothpicks in the car and everything was available in the apartment, which I really appreciated that they thought of such little things. Excellent communication with the owner, of course in their language through a translator.
You don't communicate much in other languages in this country. They know a little broken basic English.
