The cabins are nice and clean, and each has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. They're also far enough apart that you can have some peace and quiet.
The cabins are at the end of the village, near the forest. So you can just walk out the gate and go for a hike in the woods whenever you want.
Also, you can rent there ATV's and after a short instruction on how they work, you can chose to go alone or with the host.
If you chose to go alone the host will recommend roads and provide maps via an app that you can follow.
If you chose to go with the host, then you can go to more challenging roads that will surely impress you by the step hills that you will climb but also because of the views that you will find after each hill you bested.
But the best thing about this place is the hosts. Lavinia and her family do everything they can to make you feel welcome. This is our second time staying at "La Pădurea Mica," and it won't be our last.
Sidenote
You may see complains in the booking reviews about the road, but let me tell you that I went there with a Audi A4 Avant (not the allroad model) with front wheel drive and without any issues, I got there each time without an incident.
