We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

I liked the tidy room, the fact that it was not far from several convenience stores, and not too far from the center of Alba Iulia. Also, the AC was warking perfectly during the hot summer evenings and overall it was a cozy room to stay in.

Very clean with exceptional staff. Perfect location for easy access to town. The staff go way beyond to make you feel welcome. When one of us got travel sick they were extremely helpful and compassionate. The breakfast was superb. We cannot recommend Ave Alba enough and will most definitely be returning.

I really like the perfect combination of comfort and modern design of the apartament. It was spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property was extremely clean and comfortable with great beds and central air! The lady in charge was extremely nice and accommodating, allowing us to put in orders for breakfast the night before as well as leave our luggage in the villa while we went out for the day after check-out. The location was also perfect, right outside of the citadel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!
The villa is perfectly located directly below the fortress, just 300 m from the entrance to it. The possibility of parking a motorcycle in the closed back yard. Absolute satisfaction with the accommodation, thank you.
We loved our stay at Villa Preciosa! The staff were very friendly and there is a great bar and restaurant on the property (seemed like it was mostly locals eating there). The hotel is close to the city gate and is not a far walk. There is also ample street parking along both sides of the hotel.
The apartment looks just like the pictures, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. We came with 2 cars which we parked on the street in front of the villa. Communication with the owner went smoothly.
The type of accomodation - staying in a villa and having your own suite in there is just a different experience. Totally interesting for us. Very clean, big rooms, everything you need, the restaurant has great food and the bar had amazing drinks. Will come again🥰
Very good location behind the citadel, 7 min walk to the gate. The building is beautiful, rooms are different and very nicely decorated; quite new (4 years old) so all the furniture looks new.

We had a big (deluxe) room, very quiet, clean and very close to the city fortress! The villa has a lovely restaurant, quite big, food is delicious and very diverse, but, above all, staff is amazing! Very good service, very nice people, we enjoyed our staying very much. We would definitely choose the same accommodation if we visited again Alba Iulia.
