The property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Our host and her family were warm and friendly, perfect hosts.

Everything! What an amazing time we had. Would give this property all the stars! From an amazing view and property to an even more amazing host. We had the best time here. We found ourselves torn between heading out to visit the Douro valley and staying at the villa and enjoying the farm and property. Pedro was always available to assist us with any of our requests. He has so much of knowledge and passion about the area. Just a lovely person. When looking for a driver to do wine tastings he took us by boat in the morning and fetched us from the train station in the evening. We had the most delicious breakfasts everyday, freshly made cheese and pastries from the bakery. Not enough good things to say about this place. We will definitely be back.

Mario, the host is super kind, caring and accomodating. The view is breathtaking and it is a very tranquil place. Great home made meals by Mario with local products and great wine. The house is amazing! It has lots of space, both in and outside, it has an interesting architecture and it's location is great! There were books and games available and a parking lot nearby. D. Fátima was really nice and brought us freshly baked bread in the morning one day.
