Absolutely everything was perfect and there were so many little things the housekeeper Nuno thought of - we felt so cozy and welcoming during our whole stay. Nuno was always available when we had questions. He also prepared a welcoming package for us including eggs, coffee, tea, sugar, milk - perfect for the first breakfast on the other day with an amazing view over the ocean. The house is so tidy and clean and has everything you need: a coffee machine, a kettle, an electric heater for cold days, extra blankets, a washing machine plus detergents and of course a lot of kitchen staff for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. It's especially perfect for those who want to explore the island without a car as we did. So perfect location, too.
Varadouro
Casas do Capelo is a set of typical Azores properties situated in the Capelo parish. They feature modern touches along with its traditional stone structures. The tranquil Casas do Capelo are a 10-minute drive from the airport.
Belgium
The cleanest place I have ever been! Spacious, nicely decorated, super equipped kitchen and amazing view from the terrace. The host gave us many many tips for visiting the island and the possible hikes in the area. It might be considered slightly far from the Horta bay but there is a very good family restaurant near by and some shops for groceries, even a cheese factory (Omorro) at walking distance.

location is a hidden gem, great view to ocean and really few neighbours. rabbits are hopping in the street, the vicinity is very quiet. nice bbq facility, with great outdoor breakfast spot. terrace is providing nice view. fully equipped house. host is very helpful and kind, responsive to questions, find solution for all questions. wifi is working cool.

The house was recently renovated (my opinion) . Workmanship was excellent. The house exterior,interior ,The patio ,barbeque area, pool and grounds are all nicely appointed and maintained to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with alot of extras(fruit, spices,condiments,etc). The house is isolated ,completely quiet with postcard worthly views. Bruno The owner is what is commonly known as a super host. Hé was there for me and my family in all aspects. In summary and top tier experience. My number 1 recommendation. Ps. Good Star glazing spot.
