Absolutely gorgeous setting, at the top of a hill outside Pinhao with terraced vineyards and amazing sunsets. The apartment was really roomy and comfortable and they left us a lot of food. The views were amazing and the drive up and down the mountain were fun.

This is a very comfortable accommodation high in the Douro Valley hills in a very scenic location. Our very welcoming receptionist, Monica, was so helpful with recommendations and information. She recommended a little roadside cafe very close by for dinner and we were treated with such great care by the owners.

It was a beautiful and unique property at the top of a mountain with amazing views! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the balcony off the bedroom was stunning! We looked forward to having our breakfast there every morning. The area was very quiet and it was fun to explore and walk around the little alleys. A car is definitely needed though to get back down to the river area as well as the different wineries. There is also a little café, right around the corner, otherwise the top of the mountain is very quiet.

Very happy we stayed here. Incredible views over the valley and river. Great room, lovely outdoor space with views and pool. Fantastic staff who really sorted us out with transport and organised wine tastings.
