Everything! From initial contact right through to our departure, Virginia was amazing. The apartment is spacious, luxurious, and has so many wonderful touches that make it feel like a 5* hotel. While we were there, Aveiro suffered from smoke drifting from major wildfires, which impacted our original plans for 3 days of our 7-day stay. Virginia came to our rescue, suggesting options which avoided the impact of the fires, none of which we would have found without her expert local knowledge.
