refurbished classic coimbra building. our unit was on the top floor, attic/loft studio. high ceilings, lots of space, modern, well appointed and equipped. free street parking (though during the day they are often full). very helpful and welcoming host (bruno was on duty, nice guy). maybe a 10 minute walk up to the university or to the main tourist pedestrian street.

The facilities are excellent and clean and the breakfast was varied and self help. Ask for room 203 as it has access to the balcony, a living room, the bathroom is external just across the hall but not a problem and this is why the room is so big. Arthur at reception was very helpful. It is close to everything you want to see.
