Fantastic tucked on a hill surrounded by olive trees and vines (perfect for a morning hike) and located at walking distance to the Pinhao town. The House has a real homy feel to it and is well appointed. The fridge was stocked perfectly for us to make nice breakfasts in the morning and the clothes washer was a nice bonus as we are traveling across country. We also enjoyed a nice evening using the wood burning BBQ. This house is perfect to enjoy this incredible wine country and the beautiful views it offers.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely, Helena is so warm and caring and does an amazing daily breakfast. There is tons of space, the house is great for a bigger group, and it has a lovely view over the river. I can only recommend very very highly! We would love to go back.

We can only repeat all the good things that others have said! This is a great option for staying in lovely Pinhao and touring the beautiful Douro valley. The cozy apartment is situated right above the main street and accessed by a flight of stairs (which were manageable), so you get all the advantages of being in the center of town, close to shops and restaurants, but without the noise. Parking on the street was not a problem. Pedro could not have been a better host, whether it was providing food for a hearty and tasty breakfast, giving us great touring and restaurant recommendations, or asking us several times if there was anything else we needed. We felt very cared for :) We would definitely choose to stay there again!
