This is a really nice and quiet, exceptionally clean place perfect for hikers. The host left some food, fruit and good wine and reacted very quickly to messages. The host also had some really good tips for excursions and restaurants. We really liked our stay and would come again. Highly recommended.

Very well furnished, clean and modern house, with all we needed. Very kind, attentive and friendly owner providing us with a lot of information and advice. Superb location with beautiful view and tranquility (only birds singing) and an adorable smell of flowers outside, totally peaceful and away from annoying tourism - well heated pool as an extra bonus (that we could even attend by colder days or rain :-)). Tiny grocery shop nearby providing us with all essentials. The steep footpath to the house didn't bother us, but was always a challenge for us to see who would be the first at the house ;-). We are looking forward to our next visit and hope that it will come soon :-)

Host was very helpful providing answers for my questions. We needed small cookware and it was delivered next day. Comfortable bed. Nice garden with sitting area. Netflix is a nice addition. Beach in Faial da Terra is very nice.

We had such a great time during our stay in Casa Auri. Everything was perfect! The house has everything you need for your stay (electrodoméstics, board games, kitchen utensiles). We loved all the decorations! Claudia is a great host: reactive, helpfull and providing many tips for your trip. Special super point for coffee plant that is the garden with which you can prepare your fresh coffee 💚 Location is perfect - Faial de Terra has some shop, local bar, beach, barbecue zone and nice trails in the nearest forest.
