We found out too late Miguel also makes good cocktails, so a recommendation for when you get there, because you should go, no doubt.

We were Self Catering but the complimentary eggs from the owners free range chickens were very much appreciated. We were invited to join them for a typical Portuguese meal on two occasions. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location was beautiful and at night you could hear nothing except the frogs in the pond. If you a looking for solitude to enjoy the sun and a pool then this is the place.
