We were very well received by Isabel, who was helpful from before arrival to departure. The location is quite remote but that's a good thing if that's what you're looking for. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well with some common things but with local products also. Amazing pool with a view of the surrounding nature. Despite remote, we still managed to drive away to visit quite a few places in a very short timeframe. We took our dog with us, paid no extra for that and she was very much welcomed.

Very calm and peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The beds were comfy and the rooms quite new. Friendly hosts, unfortunately our Portuguese was too basic to have a proper conversation with them.

Monte Vale Mosteiro was simply stunning. It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing but nature and animals around. The hosts provided us with the best hospitality we have ever had at a property. I cannot recommend this property enough! The pool is incredible with stunning views, and the room is very comfortable. 10/10 and will be returning.
