This home was the perfect place to use as a base to explore the Peneda-Gerês National Park. The house was very clean and exactly as described in the photos. Wonderfully designed with a blend of Portuguese and Macau design influences, it felt like staying in a well cared for family home. Everything worked as expected. A supermarket chain only a short 2-3 minutes drive away in nearby Vieira do Minho for all your grocery needs to make home cooked meals after long days of hiking the beautiful national park. And the location meant a perfect quiet night's rest to properly recharge. The host was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I wish I could have stayed longer!

A beautiful home, immaculately maintained and set in a beautiful location with access to groceries/restaurants mere minutes away. 30 mins from the beautiful National Park. Hosts were kind, welcoming and while I did not require any additional assistance from them, I have no hesitation that had I needed them they were only a text away.

The property is amazing with enough space for up to 6 people is necessary, private garden, and pool. The main house has 2 bedrooms, two toilets, a kitchen and small living space, and the pool house is a fully equipped studio with kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed quite comfortable. The view is amazing, towards the landscape and the private garden and pool. The barbecue area is great as well as the outdoor dining table, specially with the support of the pool house kitchen. The property is sparkly clean and has all the basic appliances necessary for daily cooking/barbecuing. Our host was amazing, offering us freshly picked vegetables from the farm, homemade sweets and other treats. We also had available at the property enough towels/linen etc to change if necessary. In any case our host offered to clean/change linen at our request if necessary. The property is also in a good location to reach both the nearby village for basic shopping as well as, main heres attractions.
