Casa do Quintalao is super well located, 10-15min drive from all the cool beaches like Beliche, Castelejo, Salema, … the town is super local and quiet, which for us was great as we were trying to scape the touristy areas. The room was super clean and comfortable, a very decent size, and the owner is so lovely! The property has a very big and beautiful garden. We stayed for a full week and hope to be back next year!!

The house is spacious, fully equipped, there is a parking space, a washing machine, a lovely terrace with barbecue facilities. Local fisherman sells the daily catch in front of zhe house every morning, a van brings freshly baked bread daily. A small but very well stocked shop is within a walking distance, so is a small family restaurant. There is a surfing school in the village, which is peaceful and lovely. A short drive away there are several stunning beaches. Perfect holliday destination for those who hate neon lights in old city quarters.

This is a nice house that is well situated and has a nice view of the country (including the ocean) from its terrace. It is easy to drive to hikes in the country and on the coast and also to reach many beaches on the south or the west coast. Restaurants in Villa do Bispo are excellent.
