He is an incredible cook and will make dinners for you for an extra cost— it’s a very reasonable price, well worth it and the meals far exceeded our expectations. Some of the best food we had on the island. He’s a great host, very kind, and makes the most delicious food! Very friendly cute dog on property plus some bunnies and goats if you like animals. Overall very wonderful experience would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Extremely clean and comfortable. We experienced some serious rain and wind while on Terceira, so it was great to retreat to our little cottage. Unfortunately our host was ill so we did not meet her in person. But fresh buns or bread arrived at our door every morning. And milk, cheese, juice and jam were in the fridge when we arrived. The house had everything we needed.

Everything, this was without question one of the best houses we ever booked. All details were taken care of, even those you would not think about. There was a fireplace to use (yes !!), and dry wood to use, also matches. There was a washing machine available and few washing tablets, next to it the dryer (yes!). In the kitchen everything you might need, including glasses, cutlery, pans, some salt, pepper, coffee, tea, olive, bottle opener, water on the table and juice in the fridge. The view from the terrace fantastic, spacious car parking next to the entrance. House has 2 bedrooms, one downstairs and big table to eat. The place is perfect for a family of 4 or even 5.
Serreta (Near Raminho)
The spacious villa is fitted with 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Netherlands
The house is different than you expect based on the photos or the name suggests. It is an old, renovated house with nice details. But it is also messy, poorly finished in parts, has an illogical layout and needs maintenance, especially outside. A walk through is dangerously low and we bumped into it several times. It's damp in the house and not really clean. The beds are not bad, but not good either. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is quiet with a beautiful view of the sea, but there is little to do. Overall a nice place to stay but don't expect a nice villa.
