Very nice and helpful host, who supported us in many ways. He even installed a small fence at the backdoor-stairway to the garden, to make it child-safe (we stayed there with a 1,5 years old child). We also liked the neighbourhood. Nice local people and all you need just around the corner (food, cafe, supermarkets, metro...). Thank you very much, we'll go there again!

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Host was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He was super nice, he let us check in early as our flight landed little early. The host tried his level best to give us best service. I would definitely recommend this apartment listing.

Paulo and his wife were friendly hosts! The room was as described and clean and comfortable! Know that there is no sign on the front of the building, but if you follow Paulo's directions or use GPS, you will find the place. Look for the #4 on the gate. Also know that there is a staircase to reach your room, so be prepared if you have a heavy suitcase to carry.

Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to check in. After the booking the host said I have to pay deposit, I contacted him. He was so rude and unprofessional, he tried to shouted on me I had to end the call. And I had to contact the costumer service, even them he shouted as well. I have been client to booking over 8 years I never had but experience like this one. And i hope you can deliver better quality and behaviour to others.
