We stayed here for a month and loved it. It’s a beautiful flat with a great design, very comfortable and right in the center of Setúbal. We had a cleaner coming every week which was great. It’s a perfect option if you’re looking to stay outside of Lisbon and closer to the beach. There’s a boat that can take you straight to Troia. The owner was very kind and super responsive (that’s a big plus).

Villa Serena is beautiful inside and out. We only had a short stay but we felt very relaxed and comfortable with all the facilities you would need. Our check in was quick, simple and easy. We were met personally at the villa and the lady handed over the keys and showed us around the villa. The pool bar was open for food and drinks and a small shop and cafe nearby.
Very nice people welcomed us and made our stay very enjoyable. Biovilla is a perfect place for nature lovers who are looking for orchids and birds. A great and healthy breakfast is included, what a great surprise!
Loved the clean, bright, modern spacious rooms. High-quality bedding (wonderfully comfortable beds), big shower and bathroom area, tasty coffee available in the room and the option to use the communal kitchen. We had a car, so had no problem getting to a variety of grocery stores to stock up, and the village streets were easy to navigate once we got used to the steep, narrow, cobblestone streets.
The villa is stunning, it was even better in person than on pictures and they’ve upgraded the sofa, there is a strong WiFi connection throughout, cable tv, an iron, plenty of kitchen utensils, towels the lot. The pool is amazing! All beds are memory foam mattresses and so comfortable . Theres on suite bathrooms in every bedroom!!
The villa was perfect! Everything we needed and more. It is situated in a complex with many many other villas where most were lived in by locals. It is definitely NOT a tourist area. This was perfect for us but don't go expecting to find anything English, souvenirs, etc.
BioVilla is a retreat location in the Portugal countryside that is visually stunning. There are great hikes right from the retreat. The staff are exceptional. The food, offered by the retreat, (so no need to travel for food) is exceptional.
We loved the village setting, very close to the Neolithic antiquities site. Cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, adegas (wineries) galloped all within walking distance. The terrain is spectacular. All within 15 minutes of Setubal, Palmela and Azeitao. Local people are friendly and helpful. Landlords are outstanding.
