During my recent trip to Nora, Portugal, I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cornelis and Ina's charming B&B. The location of the B&B, near Silves, was absolutely idyllic. Nestled amidst the serene Portuguese countryside, it offered a tranquil and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa itself was a sight to behold, exuding an authentic charm that perfectly captured the essence of the region. One of the highlights of my stay was the expansive pool. It provided a refreshing escape from the warm Portuguese sun and served as the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whether I wanted to take a leisurely swim or simply bask in the sun on one of the comfortable loungers, the pool area was a true oasis of relaxation. Cornelis and Ina were exceptional hosts, making my stay all the more memorable. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the B&B, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of staying with Cornelis and Ina was their wealth of knowledge about the local area. They were more than happy to provide me with excellent restaurant recommendations, ensuring that I experienced the best of Nora's culinary delights. Gustavo and Miguel were great hosts and are LGBTQ+ friendly. We enjoyed not being in a tourist hotspot and on the countryside, but could easily reach breathtaking beaches and other destinations by car. The house is charmingly decorated and the pets are adorable. Our hosts, who also live in the house, gave us very good tips and were generous by taking us with them to an event with their friends. If we didn't go to a restaurant, we used the well-equipped kitchen to cook meals. The hosts also offer making smoothies with their local grown fruits, which were excellent.
