The house is amazing. We stayed only 2 nights and we had a very full agenda, so we used it only to sleep. But it is really fully furnished to be enjoyed on longer time, with plenty of attention from the owner to his visitors. There are 2 complete bathrooms, downstairs and upstairs. The kitchen has anything you can need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all. All products (soaps and coffee capsules) are available. The owner offered us also a small emergency kit (bread, butter, etc) to let us feel comfortable. And he prepared few toys and books for the kids to play with, who were really over the moon.
He also gave us a lot of suggestions, which we could not follow all because we were already busy with friends living in the area as well, but based on the little we did, his recommendation were great. We arrived quite late, at about 1900, so when we asked for a restaurant he booked for us the restaurant where his father works. It couldn’t be better!
Really, if you want to visit the area, stay at this place, you won’t regret at all!

There was a code for the property so no keys required. The location and grounds of the properties were beautiful. The swimming pool and spa/gym were well maintained an clean. The villa's are spacious and clean with what was needed. The beds were comfy with extra bedding and towels as required.
The villa was modern with all the amenities you could wish for. It is located only a few minutes from the village and the beach.
We truly enjoyed making pizza in the outdoor wood oven, as well as barbecuing on the charcoal BBQ.
Modern space with lots of utilities. The area was fairly quiet and private. The villa we stayed in had lots of sunlight (all the other villas look very similar) and we were able to watch the sunset which was beautiful.
Love that the properties are gated and there’s space for the cars.
Edouardo and his family were very welcoming and respectful of our privacy. The villas are located a 5 minute drive from Caldas da Rainha and its supermarkets. 15 minutes in the opposite direction by car brings you to an amazing beach. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to others!

You can enjoy the house, the bbq, the waves at never crowded atlantic beaches, the more protected Óbidos lagoon in the exit to the sea area, hiking near the cliffs or forests, and also visit nice villages at no more than 40 kilometres around.
The most known hypermarkets are at three minutes driving.
