The hotel is located not far from the train station and bus stops. This is an old building(150 years old?), but well maintained. Our room was on the 3rd floor, we had a pleasant view.
There is no lift in the building and it may be challenging for some people to take these stairs every time you need to go to your room. But they helped us with the suitcases on our arrival and our departure.
Continental breakfast was offered in the nearby cafe, and it was delicious and of good quality.

Beautiful house very sympathetically renovated into a b&b, amazing location to explore the lovely town of Caiscais, nothing too much trouble for the staff always greeted with a smile, really nice fresh breakfast with lots of options, bedroom and bathroom a lovely size, hidden away behind the most beautiful garden, you felt very special staying their, would definitely stay again for a lovely treat.

The tremendous view from our room and from the breakfast room onto the moorish castle, the classy interior and exterior, the fine individual breakfast, the very friendly and competent staff, the tour we booked through the hotel with a tuktuk company. Everything was brilliant. The hotel is walking distance to the man station and easy accessible by car as well.

Nice quiet location out of town. Lovely ambiance. Pool looked lovely but it was so windy that we didn't use it! The person who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and provided plenty of information about local restaurants and travel into Lisbon. The breakfast was superb. We loved the lounge!
