The view was great and the location as well. There were two cute cats in the yard and the decoration was in a 60s french style. There were also beach and rain umbrellas that could be used. The fridge was huge and it included a freezer.

Exceptional apartment for someone who wants a peaceful stay, close to the beach, traditional shops nearby, it is a very relaxing place. If you're driving, Porto and the airport are both quick locations to reach. The person who welcomed me was very friendly, professional, and responsible, and it was really nice to meet him in person.

The owner of the property, - our host, was so incredibly warm and just wanted our family of 2 adults and 4 children (ages 9, 13,13 and 15), to enjoy her property as much as possible. She went above and beyond to try and cater to our family, bringing new toys for the pool she thought the children would enjoy, - as if we didn't have enough to enjoy at this Villa with all the amenities! Honestly this property has EVERYTHING! - there is no excuse to be bored here!. I simply cannot rate this villa or the owner enough, garden lovers MUST BOOK!!! - you won't regret it - she has the most incredible place - like a paradise! The walk to the local beach was short enough for my little legs child to cope on hot days, (about 12 mins) there's a corner shop (2/3 minute walk) with incredible fresh bread every morning ( closed on Sundays) next to the shop is the train station - you can catch into Porto City center for next to nothing, and Ubers are never far away, - depending on time of the day they usually cost between 15€ and 40€ for a 6 person car, I simply wish we hadn't had to leave in the night time for our flights and had the opportunity to meet our host one final time to share with her our thanks and appreciation - thank you so much for sharing your property with our family! from all of us - Dannielle, Will and girls x

Aurora is a very hospitable host. The view from our balcony and patio windows was spectacular. The 14 km. Boardwalk and beach are within three minutes walk . The Aguda rail station is 7 minutes away and takes you into Porto and other areas around you very economically .Small but handy grocery store is near several restaurants 10 minutes away.Chez Maurice is right on the beach offering delicious food and drinks. The kitchen amenities are compact and good for breakfast but too small for other meals. Aurora kindly stocked the fridge for first morning meal.The mattresses are not suitable for back or shoulder problems. We HIGHLY recommend this place and area and very accommodating and welcoming host!
