Amazing location near beach, balcony with ocean view. Communication with owner was easy, we felt very welcome and it was great to hear some local tips, not only for delicious poncha :) spacious, very tidy and well-equipped interior. Great location for day trips around the island. A wide parking space in the garage with easy parking. Two bathrooms for 4 people was a luxury.

Not much to say except that everything was perfect !! Filipe is a very kind host, responsive and very careful about the quality of his accommodation. The house is fantastic ! I have rarely seen a rental so well equipped. In addition we have the chance to be the first guest to experienced the new renovation work and the outside annex. It come with a courtyard near the pool with a roof and outdoor kitchen that is now added to the house and make it even above our expectations. I can only recommend it... Thanks again to Filipe for making our stay on this magnificent island even more beautiful. (PS: You shouldn't miss the chance to eat at "Restaurant & Grill Muralha Terrace" that is a 5min drive. One of the best restaurant of the island and Filipe run the place)

We had a really great stay here, house was comfortable, clean, and with very good equipt kitchen. Also 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets were super beneficiary while traveling as a group. We enjoyed the garden a lot. And the owner Dave was super nice and helpful :).

The location is perfect to travel around Madeira with a car (I liked the north and the west much more than the east and Funchal's surroundings). Going western of Ponta do Sol, the traffic is very light compared to Ponta do Sol and towards Funchal. In general, no issue with parking. The pool is great to cool off after a day spent hiking. The room was spacious, really enjoyed how much space I had, had some breakfasts in the balcony when it wasn't too cold. In general the room was really clean.

Very helpful host. Whatever questions we had they try to answer. You can expect several nice suprises. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If You rent a car location is not a problem. Rooms simple and clean, a lot of place to seat outside. Highly recommend!
