Communication with the host was very good. Keys located in a lock box, easy to get in and sorted. Property amenities included a fan which was not evident upon arrival but quick message to host and it was there by the evening when we needed it.

The tent was great for its price. Toilets and showers were pretty clean. Homey feel. A lot of animals, but we didn’t hear any noises like described by others.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfy. The room was quite simple but clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room overlooked the pool and in the distance a glimpse of the sea. Great location in the middle of Carvoeiro, where you could just walk down into the main square and the beach. There is parking and Wi-Fi.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from our initial contact with the owner Fatima to all of her staff. Maria served us breakfasts daily, always with a cheerful smile and overall could not have been more helpful.

The pool is not heated, but refreshing on a hot day. Pool table in basement for evening fun.

The pool was fantastic, good size and very clean. The villa is very spacious, and the location is great, 5-8 minutes drive to most of the beaches and yet secluded and quiet. There is a daily cleaning service which was nice. There was good air conditioning in every room and good quality wifi.
Lovely villa, had everything that you could possibly need. Lovely quiet location. Needed a car to get around but only a short drive to beaches, supermarket and centre of Carvoeiro. Great swimming pool which my family loved
I was welcomed very nicely (in French) and received a tour of the property as well as some explanations on dinner or excursion possibilities in the area.
The house is an old Portuguese villa hidden behind a big brown door. The house being old gave it super charm, the patio is really nice and there are some seating corners where you can relax. The 'trust' bar is also very nice feature and had very democratic prices. I really had a nice 1 day stay here and was sad I didn't stay longer.
Villa Saudade was amazing! The owners thought of everything, even down to a welcome pack which made such a difference for our late arrival. The owners were so accommodating pre-arrival and during our stay. Local facilities such as shops, beach, restaurants and attractions very close.
Absolutely incredible villa and such lovely hosts. location isn’t far from the beach as long as you have a car. so quiet and peaceful, the breakfasts were also amazing - the best I’ve ever had on a holiday and all from scratch. would definitely recommend and return
Villa Luci is decorated absolutely lovely, perfect for a couple on holiday. The location is great at the top of the hill only a 15 minute walk from the centre. Getting the key was seamless and the host is lovely. There were lots of extras like an iron ect. Would definitely recommend.
