We liked everything. The facilities and interior of the boat were surprisingly one of the most comfortable places we stayed in many years of travelling. They sent us a message offering to leave our luggage at the reception before our check-in time, however, when we got there as the boat was ready, Pedro kindly let us check in about 3 hours earlier than the expected time. He also showed us around and explained all we needed to know about the accommodation and the area. The couple we met in the office/reception on the following day, I believe they are the owners, was very friendly and helpful too.
We loved the stunning surroundings and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a very relaxing area for daytime walks and a lively night with a nice bar/ restaurant in the marina. Paid parking inside the marina but it was easy and safe to park for free in the area outside. It's close to a shopping centre, aquarium, cable cars, a nice park and a big supermarket. Nice views of one of the longest bridges in Europe, it's worth crossing it by car. We had a long trip visiting different places in Portugal and this boat was one of our best experiences, we would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Amazing host, size of the room exceeded our expectation, large bed & extra bed for our daughter, plenty of room for our multiple luggage, good a/c, balcony. Shared bathroom wasn't any inconvenience at all and was well kept. Breakfast was great to get u going in the morning. Would defo recommend and stay again!

Apartment location is perfect, walking distance from the city center, you can take a walk through the beutiful main Avenue de Liberdade. There is also Park Eduardo VII, 5 min away and it's breathtaking. If you don't want to walk, there are a metro station 5 min walk and a bus station 1 minute walk from the apartment. There are a few rent a car agencies few mins walk in case you want to rent and drive to nearby cities... the building itself is very beautiful. There are only 10 apartments, we didn't hear any neighbour noise. Pool was a great attachment, very clean and the garden surrounding is breathtaking. Our kids spent each afternoon there, after a long day of sightseeing it came as a great refreshment. There is a supermarket in the building as well as Michelin star restaurant. There are quite a few good restaurants in max 5 min walking distance if you want to have late dinner outside but don't want to go far. The apartment itself have all it takes to make your stay comfortable - all kitchen apliances and a cleaning service every two to three days. We loved everything about this apartment and building, neighbourhood as well. If we ever get back to Lisbon, this is where we'll stay.

The host was in touch with us all the time amd we have got all needed information how to access the appartemebt etc. Next day we had a flight in the afternoon and she agreed for us to leave bags in the appartment and coect it before going to the airport. So we could comfortably visit the Lisabon oceanario in the morning. The place is big enough for a familly of 3 or 4. Train and metro stations are close.
