The property is lovely. A beautiful house with nice decor, clean and cozy. That being said, it is not a place to find serenity. My mother and I are doing the Camino and as pilgrims after a long day want a place to relax and the owner of the property does not exactly allow for this. I would not recommend for pilgrims or solo travelers given that the owner is a bit intrusive.

It's very cozy. There is a large parking lot. Owners are douchebags, help with everything. Nice mattresses. You can see that they have invested in the interior and the little things. Recommended!

Excellent place, gorgeous with the sun out and the host was just lovely. What a place to stop on the Camino. Recommend with hesitation.

Could not meet a nicer lady than Gina. Was so sweet dropping us to local restaurant. Swimming pool was great. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Everything was perfect. Walking the camino, was very convenient, we thought rubiaes was that bit too short. Allowed us to power through Tui and make it to our next stop the next day ( rather than stay in Tui as planned) so this is a great option if trying to make to santiago that bit quicker, while staying in luxury accommodation for great value. Such a peaceful location!

A modern and well maintained location directly in the city center. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean. Communication was easy and very welcoming, the place quiet and spacious. The living room has a nice little eclectic library!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for myself and two young nephews who were over for the annual music festival. The festival site was only ten minute walk away and it was also very handy for all the other local amenities in this beautiful part of Portugal. Would definitely use again next time I am in the area.
Clean, spacious Alberge. I had a private room with bath and the night of my stay I was the only customer. V. Clean. Host provided a free ride to the related restaurant where the food was good and reasonably priced. The transport to the restaurant is important because if you are walking the Camino northward, this stay is right after the highest climbing of the whole stretch (+ 450 meters in elevation) and you will be tired. This facility is about 1+km from the little village and there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate area.
Our host is a very nice person. He brought us to the village where we could have dinner.
