The staff was very lovely and welcoming. A drink was offered on arrival which we had on the very cute patio. Breakfast was excellent and started with OJ, Portuguese buns and scrambled eggs, then there was a good size buffet that included yogurt, granola, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee and a selection of sweets like cake and flan. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

Simon helped us a lot with information about what to see, where to eat, prepared us great breakfasts and basically everything we needed.
The property is very comfortable, located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from restaurants.
The advice about traveling by ferry to Lisbon was invaluable, we saved a lot of time and money and the walk to the port is about 10 minutes :) the ferry one way is about 1.5 euros. Atmospheric area, beautiful view of the bridge, Lisbon, near the statue of Christ.
We recommend it wholeheartedly and will be happy to come back :)

it is a gorgeous restored villa complete with a cobblestone courtyard, high interior ceilings and beautiful detail. The amenities are modern, including a very well appointed bathroom. We had a 2 room.suite which felt like home! Karina and her assistant were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We've just returned from a week with friends at this fabulous well equipped villa. It had all the things you require to enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet residential area. The pool although not heated was a bit chilly but due to good weather it wasn't too much of an issue. This will obviously warm up in the summer.
