The apartment was spacious and homey, equipped with everything we needed for a hiking vacation in Madeira. We loved that the kitchen was big for cooking meals at home, and the washing machine is an added bonus to quickly clean sports clothes. Our host welcomed us to the property as soon as we arrived, showed us everything we needed to know. Maria also provided us with fresh eggs, a plate of fruit waiting for us, a pastry and cookies, which were all absolutely delightful.

It was a beautiful property - location was incredible and wonderfully maintained. It was comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious and the best place to watch the sunset on the island. The property is even more beautiful than the photos posted!
