You’re renting an house with all the facilities of a farm house with a great swimming pool,please make sure you bring all things you need to live there. All necessary shops nearby. If you are staying there it will be only you, so all facilities will be for you only, no additional guests! We had such a great time for the 4 nights we stay there, highly recommend!

This is an excellent place for a holiday. There is not only your own little house to use. But visitors have full access to a large living room (very cool on a hot day) swimming pool and pool house, a nice garden... The owner is very helpful with suggestions and advice... and she treated us so well with small surprises such as fruits or a flower on the breakfast table.... or nice pastel de nata... Rita is a really wonderful host and makes you feel right at home. So even for someone a little more introverted like me I felt comfortable. There are some lovely facilities: the pool, the game/lounge room and the eating area are all really cozy and nice spaces to just hangout and relax. The bedroom was nice and clean and a fan was provided to help with Santarém's heat. I really recommend Avó Rosa Guesthouse as a place to just stay and relax away from the city.
