Comfortable bed, so clean and looked newly refurbished - the air con warmed up the room as it was a bit chilly in the night - Great plentiful continental breakfast - surprised as it was advertised as no breakfast available, warm and friendly staff and accommodated a special request - very satisfied - the Costa Brava restaurant had excellent tasty food! Hugh portion and that was only a half of the meal - The owner was attentive and spoke quite a bit of English, my poor attempt at Portuguese was appreciated.

The host Madeline is very kind and helpful and responsive. I mentioned to her that was no coffee/tea making facilities or fridge in room and she allowed me to use her outdoor kitchen. Sometimes this is used for her family, so she probably can't always have it available and I was lucky to use it. The whole place is in a delightful setting inside and out! I loved the pool and the outdoor spaces. There is also free parking here, which is convenient.

The buildings are kept in a rustic style and gives the farm a feeling of a little countryside Portuguese village. Everything was pleasant and the facilities had everything we needed to have a good relaxing time with the kids. There’s a bread delivery in the morning but apart from that we had to buy food from Caldas da Rainha about 15min away by car. Really enjoyed it.

The house was lovely. Very cosy and spotlessly clean. We are a family of five and I thought we would have to use the sofa bed in the living room, but the mezzanine has a huge comfy double bed, plus two bedrooms with double beds so there was plenty of space. Amélia was very welcoming and had the wood pellet fire going so it was warm and cosy when we arrived. Would definitely book again.

the room was charming, comfortable bed, bathroom very clean. very relaxing setting with pool, ponds and lots of space. breakfast was well proportioned of juice, freshly baked bread, cheeses, yogurt with assorted diced fruit, latte, espresso, and even an egg omelette. made an instant connection with hosts and their three dogs.
