Super nice landlady, came over for late check in of mine (flight massively delayed), all no problem. Coffee machine and kitchen for free use, WiFi very good, bed comfortable, escalator worked nicely. The location of the apartment was at the heart of the City, everything was nearby and the area was friendly.
