the house is absolutely amazing! very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a fancy dining room, a billiard table, and more. Everything is new and clean. The owners are warm and kind and were very responsive to everything we needed. The children loved the swimming pool. The view is spectacular, with green vines all around. Very quiet and peaceful. The supermarket is 15 mins drive. We could stay there for a whole week.

We really enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base for exploring the Duoro Valley. Our host helped plan our drive with suggestions on where to stop for the best views and give some hints on local restaurants. The property was rustic but also very lovely. You're welcome to view it as your own home. Loved the dogs as well. Wonderful breakfast, and wine dinner one evening.

One of the best place I've stayed so far. Cosy house, excellent bedrooms, nice swimming pool area, fully equipped with pretty much anything we need, located in a quite area with the amazing view. The hosts were just amazing, 10/10.

Amazing experience of real Portuguese hospitality! The owner met us upon arrival and showed the hole house with its old history. The house is like a museum! We had dinner and breakfast in the old kitchen at a huge wooden table together with hosts (could be other guests as well). The room was spacious and well equiped, big bathroom, very clean and tidy. All the details were very well thougt thru, eg a candle next to the bed:) All in all, highly recomended!
