The property was exactly like in the pictures and it was really clean and packed with loads of details. The hosts went the extra mile allowing us to check out later. They were replying to messages really quick and were understanding when we provoked a small issue with one chair in the living room. Barcelos is a very nice town very convenient to visit Braga, Guimaraes and Porto. It's full of places to eat and have drinks and do some nice sightseeing too I would recommend this property 100%

A rustic-feel house with all the amenities you need, set in a lovely garden (unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, but it looked great). The hosts are just the sweetest people. Delicious and varied breakfast. The location is great, just 5 minutes drive from many good restaurants. Barcelos is a cute town, very close to other attractions and 40 minutes from Porto. In addition, the prettiest stretch of the Portuguese Camino de Santiago passes through town, so there are nice hiking options nearby. Overall a great off-the-beaten-path destination in Portugal, we highly recommend it.
